Our Partners

Working together allows us to offer more comprehensive support to the people who use our services. Through strong partnerships, we help connect people with specialist advice, healthcare, housing support and opportunities to improve their wellbeing.

Working together to provide holistic support

We work with partner organisations so people can access specialist help in a familiar, welcoming environment.

This co-located partnership model means people do not always have to travel between different services or explain their situation again and again. Instead, they can access a wider network of support through our centres.

Around 25 partner organisations work from within our centres, helping us provide holistic and integrated support. This partnership approach helped facilitate 2,000 external appointments last year.
